Why do you want to be part of the staff team?: I want to be staff because I got on 1/20/2018 at 9:20 Mountain Time Zone, and there is a lot of RDM going on. There are people prop climbing. This made me mad. I wasn't able to RP correctly. So I would like to become Staff/Tmod so I may stop this when there is no one on. Also I would like to help people out. I am very good at helping people out and would like to solve problems. I also want to become staff cause there are the tiny problems I can pick out to stop fights. Also I would love to assist the community. So, what I'm trying to get at is I want to become staff so people can RP correctly. If I was not on and staff needed to get on I would get on until someone else got on. Unless I was 100% not available to get on the server.  1/21/18 Sunday - I get on once again no admins to take charge of RDM and NLR breakers. This happened yesterday and now today. This is exactly why i want to be tmod or mod. So I can assist in these situations. How long have you been on the server?(72 Hours Minimum):10 hours but I want to progress that time. I am playing a lot. How many hours do you currently have in Garry's Mod?: 528 hours Do you have any past experience staffing Garry's Mod servers?: Yes on a Starwars RP I was Community Manager until the server got very trashy and so I left. I also have been T-mod before on a Dark RP server. I as well on another Starwars RP have been Admin. So I have a lot of experience as Staff What times are you usually on the server?: Early in the morning and decently late at night.  What time zone do you live in?: I live in the Mountain Time Zone, Arizona, Colorado, Nevada area. Do you understand and agree to the fact that if you are accepted you are going to have to put the server in front of your role-playing time?: Yes I do.[/b][/size] [size=120][b][i]In-game Scenarios[/i][/b][/size] [size=100][b]Two players are heavily disputing in chat and/or voice, how do you handle the situation?: I simply take them to a sit and ask why they are doing this. If they give decent reason I will say try to calm down and give them verbal warning. If they are cussing and being disrespectful I will kick them. Then if they come back and don't stop I will either ban or get permission to ban. A player RDMs someone, and when asked why they say that their friend told them to. How do you handle this situation?: Bring the person and confirm this story. If it is true leave them off with verbal warning and say that they can't do that anymore . If they person says the story is a lie then Warn them for RDM and lying to staff. A player breaks a rule and says he didn't know because he is new. How do you resolve the situation?: Tell him to go read the rules. Then give them verbal warning tell them to be more careful. A player calls RDM, how do you know who's telling the truth, and how do you handle the situation?: If the person who called RDM doesn't know who RDMED who I would bring both people up and check logs and make sure that it is true that the person got killed. I would then ask for both sides of the story one at a time. From there I would resolve on what the situation was. If I can't get a solution from that I would then ask if anyone was a witness to get the situation from a witness. After that whoever is in the wrong will be warned. A player kills you, and you know it was completely random. How do you handle the situation?: I would have another Admin handle it so it doesn't seem like I am abusing my powers. But if I was only one on I would ask why they did that. If it was a decent reason and they were compliant I would then only verbal warn them and tell them to be more careful. If they were hostile and disrespectful I would warn them for RDM and Disrespect staff. A player is blocking a pathway/door, preventing players from passing through. How do you resolve the situation?: Automatically Kick them and remove the props. If it is on accident and the player did not know then I would simply inform them what they need to do to fix the situation. If you are denied you cannot make another staff application for 2 weeks. You must be active on the forums. This includes having at least 5 posts on the forums, these count as replies to topics or starting new topics.[/b][/size]

"i wasn't able to rp properly.") if these are corrected then ill change my mind.
