[Staff Report] [Breathe]  IGN : BayHarborButcher Specific Time: September 5, 2017 about 2:30PM What Happened: I was mayor and I had made a law that was "teletubbies are KOS" after being raped by Breathe. I didnt realize that law was against the rules until he let me kill him 3 times. He then proceeded to bring me to a sit and warn me for RDM and I apologized and took the law down. He then jailed me for 400 seconds, and after I waited the whole time I was unjailed and then he kicked me for "metagaming". I re joined the server and was immediately muted and then jailed for another 120 seconds because he was butthurt about me complaining. I left because he was falsely jailing me, and wolf was backing him up so I couldnt even play. I got back on and was killed by a hit and then brought to a sit for "breaking NLR" when I wasnt even close, and after all that he banned me for a day for no reason. Anyone who is going to get their feelings hurt by complaints about their misconduct isnt fit to be a mod. I know of many people on the server that feel the same way as me, and one player even quit earlier this morning because Breathe wouldnt leave him alone. Breathe should not be allowed to continue his abuse of power. Breathe asked me if that law was allowed when I got on, I told him it was meta gaming. He then proceeded to do his job and kicked you. When you got back on you started disrespecting him and calling him a dick and a cry baby. He jailed and muted you then you LTAPed which resulted in a ban. If anything that happened you got mad at what breathe did than broke the rules.

This is why we have the "Warn" System. It shouldn't have been a kick. Not for something as little as meta-gaming, especially since he removed the law.

 i muted you bc you were arguing with me and harrassing me in ADVERT. that some people in the server were saying that you were "salty & wrong & acting like a child" i told you if you had a problem with it then create a demotion appeal. You broke nlr by going back to the location that you died, i jailed you and you left the server and joined back, so i banned him for the reasons above. third... you were told multiple times in the past that that law is metagaming but you choose to ignore it so, you get warned for RDMx3 & metagaming before i banned you you came back after the kick came up to me and basically Godchecked and wolf saw it. Auzzy like i said, he knows about this, hes been told by other staff members, hes being just like tony. Who quit Bay? because i cant remember bothering anyone Bay,Chop, and tony constantly harass me for no reason and basically only god check me so im pretty sure they want gone.
