I feel as the server grows with addons and other stuff, the players RDM more and do more crazy stuff. I think the Staff team needs more help against these players to keep the server clean and friendly for newcomers. Either tell them to speak through PM or gag them A player RDMs someone, and when asked why they say that their friend told them to. How do you handle this situation? Jail the RDM'er, bring his friend up and ask if it's true, then warn the RDM'er for RDM because he has the right to say no A player breaks a rule and says he didn't know because he is new. How do you resolve the situation? Give them a verbal, and tell them to look at the rules before hand A player calls RDM, how do you know who's telling the truth, and how do you handle the situation? You can check the logs, in which if the player they say RDM'ed him shows damage or death to the that player then it is true. You either warn them for RDM or if they kept RDM'ing you will Temp-Ban them because they will not listen to the rules A player kills you, and you know it was completely random. How do you handle the situation? I would ask him why he killed me, and then @ an admin (Cause I am Off Duty so I cannot warn/sit him) A player is blocking a pathway/door, preventing players from passing through. How do you resolve the situation? Move the player and verbally tell him that it's not allowed on Tyler's DarkRP If you are denied you cannot make another staff application for 2 weeks. You must be active on the forums. This includes having at least 5 posts on the forums, these count as replies to topics or starting new topics.

But outside job wise, I am fully intact

Your activity seems to be a little... meh according to GameTracker. For the first one, you're an off duty staff member, it's not specified for this exact reason, to see who will go in-depth and who won't realize the actuality of the situation. For the second one, it says the player themself is blocking the doorway, not a prop.

[color=#ff0000][size=150][b]DENIED[/b][/size][/color] It seems you  care a bit more about SWRP than DarkRP. Feel free to apply for staff on there. 5 warns too, but they are from quite a while back so it doesn't matter as much.
