[b][i]What sets you apart from other applicants?(3 sentences minimum):[/i][/b] As a former minge, I understand how one thinks, for example, when I am roleplaying, I know exactly what a minge will do way before they do it. I also know about nearly everyone on the server. I know who is trustworthy and a good roleplayer, and I know who is the opposite. Furthermore, I am very reliable and have the ability to forfeit my own roleplaying time for the enjoyment of others. [i][b]Why do you want to be a staff member?(5 sentences minimum):[/b][/i] I want to be a staff member because I hate getting on the server just to watch or be a victim to so many rulebreakers. Plus, with only a few current staff members, I hate watching them be overloaded with work when I could be part of the staff team helping. I have only 350 hours on Garry's Mod, but 90% of that time, is on Tyler's. When the server went down for the first time, I would launch GMOD every few days just to see if the server was back up. Tyler's is the reason I got GMOD and the same reason I've played over 300 hours of it. All I want is the well being of my favourite server, and getting on just to be RDMed multiple times, kidnapped without advert, or anything else against the rules is excruciating. In conclusion, I know if I was added to the staff, I would not only help with the workload and enjoyment of the rest of the staff and players, but I would also be apart of Tyler's Box long future. [b]Staff Scenarios[/b] [b]-----------------[/b] [b][i]Two players are heavily disputing in chat and/or voice, how do you handle the situation?:[/i][/b] If it's over something important, I will take them both somewhere private and we would try to fix the issues. If they don't stop, I will give them a final warning before muting and/or gagging them. [b][i]A player RDMs someone and when asked why they say that their friend told them to. How do you handle this situation?:[/i][/b] I would bring all three people to a sit and figure out if there is more to the story. If the RDMer and/or friend are new, I would tell them to read the rules. If either is experienced, I would let them off with a verbal warn, and would be harsher if it happened again. [b][i]A player breaks a rule and says he didn't know because he is new, how do you handle the situation?:[/i][/b] I would direct them to the !motd menu, and if they break a rule again, I would jail them for however long I feel it would take to read. [b][i]A player calls RDM, how do you know who is telling the truth and proceed to handling the situation?:[/i][/b] I would take in both parties stories and would check the logs and listen to witnesses. If I was blatantly lied to, punishment would be made. [b][i]A player kills you while off duty and you know it is random, how do you handle the situation?:[/i][/b] I would bring them to an admin sit and would figure out what happened and why. Punishments would be given accordingly. [b][i]A player is body-blocking a door, preventing players from passing through. How do you handle the situation?[/i][/b] I would first tell people to just push the body-blocker out of the way, but if they are going out of their way to minge and disrupt people, I would give a verbal warning.
